Rental Information

All rooms in the Ogden Community Center are available to be rented out for weddings,
family reunion, baby shower or any other special event you may have. You may work
with whatever vendors you wish for catering, bar, etc, or you may do your own
catering and bar yourself. We do not have any on staff caterers or bartenders.

We provide the Following:


1-Round white table
6 foot (rectangular) white tables and chairs- seating up to 350
2 Kitchen prep areas (for an additional fee)
On site manager who is here to assist you during your event.
 Usual items in the restroom like paper towels, soap & toilet paper.  
  • A security deposit is required in order to reserve any room in the facility.
  • Rooms may be reserved up to on year in advance with a security deposit.
  • Room rental and security deposit payments received 30 days prior to rental date may be paid with cash or check.
  • Room rental and security deopsit payments made less than 30 days prior to rental date MUST be paid in cash.
  • All room reservations made less than 30 days prior to an event must be paid in full at the time of the request. A CASH deposit and CASH room payment must be on file in order to reserve the space or spaces requested.
  • Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to rental date will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to rental date may be charged 50% of rental fee.
  • Reservations may only be made by individuals 18 years or older.
  • Deposits will be returned within 7 to 10 business days after the event unless damages/violations have occurred.
  • Persons requesting a reservation will be held responsible for cleaning & destruction of property.
  • Adult supervision is required at all time for children using the facility.
  • All rental groups are required to clean up room(s) rented.
  • All rental groups must depart the building at their contracted time or an additional charge will apply (unless other arrangements have been made).
  • The Ogden Community Center reserves all rights to reject any and all request.
  • No pets are allowed in the Ogden Community Center except for service animals.
  • No bikes, skateboards, or rollerblades in the Center.
  • No smoking inside the building, including the foyer.
  • No alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed on Center grounds without a special event application on file and approval from the Center Director and Assistant Director.
